Recently he has been instrumental in defining and building talent sourcing and recruiting functions for two Fortune 500 companies. Will is now the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Marketing for Steelcase. His philosophies revolve around Talent Acquisition as a team sport, challenging the status quo, and the re-definition of the modern-day recruiter.
